Job Title: Adventure Attendant
Department: Camelback Mountain Adventures
Reports to: Mountain Adventures Manager

The Adventure Attendants provide a safe, engaging, and memorable experience for guests while operating and assisting with various mountain adventure attractions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety of all guests and team members while operating adventure attractions.
• Provide excellent guest service by creating a fun, welcoming, and energetic environment.
• Entertain guests and help ease nerves as they participate in attractions.
• Safely operate attractions including Mountain Coaster, Zipline, Zip Flyer, Treetops Course, Adventure Zone, and Summer Tubing in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Conduct daily inspections and complete required checklists for all attractions.
• Explain safety requirements, provide ride instructions, and ensure proper use of equipment.
• Assist guests with equipment fitting and removal, and direct them safely through attraction areas.
• Guide guests on UTV tours, sharing resort knowledge throughout the experience.
• Lead Segway tours through designated trails, ensuring safety and engagement.
• Support guests in the Adventure Zone, including providing guidance on rock-climbing elements and ropes course challenges.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Enthusiastic about working outdoors.
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Must be able to speak and read English, additional languages a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull light objects.
• Ability to tolerate exposure to busy or noisy work areas.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of our guests.
• Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment.
