as a sesame place ambassador, you will inspire guests to create lasting memories, gain networking experience, and explore future growth opportunities.

• provide guests, employees, and vendors with a safe and secure environment.
• enforce the park bag check policy.
• work independently or as part of a team, delivering a consistent message and maintaining a strong security presence.
• monitor security checkpoints and posts, inspecting all bags and persons accessing or leaving the property.

• ability to work with large crowds and high‑pressure situations.
• a passion for customer service.
• excellent multi‑tasking and time‑management skills.
• outstanding communication abilities.
• active listening with the ability to anticipate guests’ needs.
• flexibility to perform varied duties.

• at least 18 years of age.
• high school diploma or ged equivalent.
• valid driver’s license preferred, but not required.
• responsible safety consciousness.
• ability to lift, push, pull, and/or carry up to 50lb.
• extensive walking and standing throughout the shift.
• physical activities include kneeling, squatting, bending to floor‑to‑waist or waist‑to‑overhead, reaching overhead, simple grasp and fine‑hand manipulation tasks (use of tools/keyboard/writing), cleaning duties with chemicals.
• willingness to comply with all sea grooming guidelines and employment standards.
• ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather, including extreme heat.
• flexible and continuous availability, including nights, weekends and holidays, and adherence to the holiday and availability agreement.
• consistent use of ppe and reporting of unsafe situations.
• completion of all legal, company, and department training requirements within established timelines.

• day: 7:00am – 3:30pm
• evening: 3:00pm – 11:30pm
• overnight: 11:00pm – 7:30am
