Drug Plastics Corporate Office is looking for you to join our team! As a Pricing Analyst you lead product costing, margin analysis, and pricing decisions support for manufactured goods to drive profitable manufacturing and sales decisions. This is a Monday thru Friday, 8am-5pm, salaried position.

- Calculate product profitability and gross margin
- Build and maintain cost models for new production introduction and tooling amortization
- Support pricing strategy for manufactured products
- Perform cost-volume-profit, breakeven and sensitivity analyses for production runs, batch sizes, and capacity changes
- Create pricing proposals and cost-impact business cases for commercial teams and product managers
- Maintain and automate costing processes and pricing tools
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field
- 3+ years experience in manufacturing cost accounting, product costing, or pricing analysis in a production environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Understanding of standard costing
- Familiarity with manufacturing metrics (scrap/yield, cycle time, labor and machine rates)
- Analytical mindset
- Ability to work with operational data and sales team
- Ability to present technical cost drivers and pricing impacts clearly to Sales and Executive management teams
