About This Job

Our Personal Bankers are personable, goal‑oriented, and passionate about helping customers improve their financial health. As a Personal Banker, you’ll provide valuable insight into banking and finance while assisting customers with their daily financial challenges.

• Deliver an excellent customer experience both in person and over the phone to ensure we meet customers’ financial needs.
• Actively listen to customers to make appropriate recommendations that match their needs.
• Educate customers on a variety of retail products and digital solutions that improve their financial wellness.
• Ensure financial transactions are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Establish relationships with internal departments and refer customers to bank specialists for complex financial needs.
• Earn additional compensation through the quarterly incentive program based on performance.

Work Schedule:

Monday – Friday 11:00AM – 4:00PM, Rotating Saturdays

• Interact with customers both in person and over the phone to meet their financial needs through needs‑based conversations and sales fulfillment.
• Actively listen, understand, and recommend products and services based on customer needs to achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Educate customers on retail products and digital solutions that enhance the customer experience and drive sales goals.
• Identify complex financial needs and refer customers to bank specialists as appropriate.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Strong sales skills with the ability to deliver an excellent customer experience both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to meet personal and branch sales and customer service expectations.
• Motivated, organized self‑starter with strong attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Adaptability to a variety of situations with an optimistic outlook aligned with our culture and core values.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• High School diploma or equivalent, or a combination of education and experience.
• 1+ year(s) of sales or customer service experience.
• Experience in an environment with individual and team sales goals is preferred.
• Position may be filled as a Personal Banker I or a Personal Banker II, depending on experience and education.

Hourly: $20.55 – $25.05 (based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies).

Eligible for additional compensation through a performance‑based incentive plan that rewards achievement of performance goals.
