• Prepare and deliver executive-level financial reporting packages and presentations
• Lead and support the annual budgeting process
• Develop forecasts and predictive financial models to guide strategic decision-making
• Provide data-driven recommendations that influence business outcomes
• Identify and implement process improvements, including automation of financial models
• Conduct ad hoc financial and performance analysis
• Support M&A initiatives with financial modeling and due diligence analysis

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 3+ years of FP&A or related financial analysis experience
• Experience building and maintaining predictive financial models
• Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, complex formulas, data analysis)
• Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills
