Monday – Friday, 9:00AM – 5:00PM with one day onsite requirement or as needed.

• Process approved loan applications and disburse funds for all new consumer loans.
• Continuously service all consumer loans and suspend open‑end loans during annual account reviews.
• Qualify vehicles for market value and secure collateral for various loans.
• Review incoming Auto Drafts for acceptance, issue stop payments on Auto Drafts, and complete indemnity agreements for Auto Check stop payments.
• Recast loan payments for correction purposes and handle deceased member accounts.
• Order supplies and manage vehicle collateral exchanges.
• Answer member calls, respond to member emails and chats, and conduct member outreach.
• Perform loan maintenance and interact with dealers and other agencies.
• Pre‑issue review of loan applications and member accounts to ensure compliance with PSECU loan policy.
• Disburse checks for different types of loans and establish auto loans for cleared Auto Drafts.
• Prepare and review loan documents for accuracy, ensuring compliance with policy and federal regulations (including SCRA adjustments).
• Provide detailed member counseling on complex issues and place outbound calls and emails.
• Assist with testing of new loan products and software and support other areas of Credit Services as needed.
• Secure check, disclosure, and member information at close of business each day.
• Audit, research, record, and resolve issues related to automobile titles and liens, handle payments and disputes, and provide member services related to loans and credit.
• Collaborate with external entities such as the Pennsylvania Automotive Association, Department of Transportation, and other financial institutions.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma (Required) or equivalent combination of experience and education.
