Lead Financial Analyst, Pricing Strategy

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Lead Financial Analyst supporting the Innovative Medicine Strategic Pricing team in Titusville, NJ.

• End‑to‑end ownership of financial analysis for list price and contract price decisions for the Neuroscience and Pulmonary Hypertension US Innovative Medicine businesses.
• Portfolio‑wide leadership across US Innovative Medicine businesses, including list and net price analyses, acting as Strategic Pricing lead for long‑range financial planning, inflation and competitive LPA reporting, government legislation impacts, and other critical pricing strategy projects.
• Prepare and review management decks and effectively frame and communicate business insights to senior management to inform fact‑based decisions.
• Partner with Commercial teams to influence portfolio pricing decisions, deliver financial commitments, and frame pricing strategies for senior management.
• Support and shape strategy in response to the dynamic pricing environment, covering competitive‑based contracting, value/outcomes‑based contracting, price action sensitivity, and external price analyses.
• Model and frame financial scenarios for Deal/No Deal decisions and Game Theory analysis of US Innovative Medicine strategy impact on competitors and customers.
• Provide financial and strategic business leadership and communicate effectively with senior management and cross‑functional groups within the US Innovative Medicine organization.

• Bachelor’s degree required;
  Accounting or Finance degree preferred.
• CPA, CMA, MBA or other financial certifications preferred.
• Minimum of 3–4 years of finance, accounting or related business experience.
• Ability to challenge business assumptions, think critically, and develop alternative scenarios.
• Prior experience in the Pharmaceutical sector or Gross‑To‑Net/Pricing preferred.
• Excellent analytical (MS Excel), conceptual, presentation, communication, influencing and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinking and teamwork ability.
• Ability to work well in a dynamic environment, recommend and implement process improvements, work independently, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in taking on leadership roles in various functions.
• Strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and proven leadership skills.
• Role located in Titusville, NJ; may require up to 10% travel.

Anticipated base pay range: $91,000 – $147,200.
