Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Manage daily activities of caseworkers and review casework for quality and accuracy
- Training Support: Provide training to new and current caseworkers on agency policies and procedures
- Case Compliance: Monitor cases for adherence to legal benchmarks and court orders
- Record Oversight: Review and maintain records to ensure services meet regulatory requirements
- Unit Planning: Assist with creating the annual plan and support unit operations when needed
- Full‑time employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday‑Friday, with 60‑minute lunch.
- Irregular hours including evenings and weekends.
- On‑call 24/7 on rotating basis.
- Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non‑negotiable.

- Two years of professional experience in public or private social work and a bachelor's degree with major coursework in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice, or other related social sciences; or
- Any equivalent combination of experience and education which includes 12 college credits in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice, or other related social sciences.

- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
- You must pass a background investigation.
- A conditional offer of employment will require a drug screening.
- This position falls under the provisions of the Child Protective Services Law.
- Under the Law, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports including, but not limited to, PA State Police clearance, PA Child Abuse history clearance, and FBI Fingerprint clearance.
