Description
New Wilmington Borough is seeking qualified candidates to serve as a full time Police Officer in its police department. This is an opportunity to work in a close-knit community and contribute to local safety and public service.
Basic Qualifications- U.S. citizen, age 21 or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Pennsylvania Act 120 certification
- Ability to pass physical exam, background check and police officer selection test
- Starting pay: $23.00/hour | Top rate: $35.39/hour
- Healthcare, dental, vision, and life insurance
- Paid vacation, personal, sick leave, and holidays
- Defined benefit pension
- Annual uniform allowance
