We’re currently hiring Caregivers with immediate openings— offering both full-time and part-time opportunities to fit your schedule.

As a Caregiver, you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities by assisting with:

• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Meal preparation

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have reliable transportation
• Able to pass background checks (Act 33/34, FBI, MA fraud check) — we cover the cost!
• Willing to complete paid QuantiFERON TB test and 2-day new hire training
• Prior experience with individuals with disabilities is a plus — but not required!

• Paid training
• Weekly pay

• Earn up to an extra $800 through our Home Care Aide Incentive:
• $15/hour for up to 20 hours of training
• $500 retention bonus after 6 months!
• Tuition Assistance Program – up to $5,000/year for healthcare-related studies
• Use it for tuition, books, or supplies
• No repayment required
• Choose any online, 4-year, trade school, or certification program
