Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Part-Time

Location: Athens Health and Rehab-Athens, PA

Schedule: Part-Time (20-25 hours a week)

Revital Rehab Services is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team at Athens Health and Rehab in Athens, PA
. This position offers a part-time opportunity, providing flexibility while delivering high-quality therapy services in a skilled nursing setting.

• Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist in accordance with established clinical standards

• Assist with patient evaluations and contribute to individualized treatment plans, including short- and long-term goals

• Deliver therapeutic interventions that support resident mobility, recovery, and independence

• Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary rehab team

• Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in good standing

• BLS certification

• Must be 18 years of age or older
