Job Summary:

Deer Meadows Personal Care Home is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Med Tech to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a Residential Med Tech
, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well‑being in our luxury apartments. Our state‑of‑the‑art wellness center and continuum of care offer endless opportunities for growth and development.

• Provide direct care and assistance to residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions, medication, and treatment plans to the healthcare team

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Administer medications and treatments as directed by the physician

• Document resident information, treatment plans, and progress accurately and timely

• Participate in resident assessments, care planning, and care delivery

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care transitions

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents, staff, and visitors

• Prior experience as a Medical Technician or related field

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• Certification or licensure as a Medical Technician or related field (although not required, preferred)
