As a Physical Therapist at Powerback, you help patients recover, restore and enhance their physical abilities. You assess patient needs, develop individualized recovery plans, deliver treatment, teach patients and caregivers skills, promote independence, and collaborate with peers while making referrals as required.

• Reporting Structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab
• Assess patient needs, develop customized recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy services.
• Provide education to patients and caregivers to support independence and productivity.
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians and make referrals to ensure comprehensive care.

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or a related field, or a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with at least five years of progressive PT experience.
• Education earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated and deemed equivalent to a U.S. Physical Therapy degree.

USD $42.00 – $52.00 per hour.
