St. Mary Rehabilitation Hospital is a state-of-the‑art, 50‑bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital dedicated to the treatment and recovery of individuals who have experienced the debilitating effects of a severe injury or illness. Our rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey and are customized to the specific needs of those recovering from a stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.

How you’ll contribute
  • Evaluate and conduct medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs.
  • Provide educational information to patients regarding injury prevention, ergonomics, restorative therapy, and rehabilitation therapy.
  • Supervise physical therapy assistants and aides in performing treatment.
Qualifications and requirements
  • Education:

    Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
  • Experience:

    Previous experience in a rehabilitation setting preferred.
  • License:
    Current PT license.
  • Certifications:

    CPR certification required.

Position responsibilities
  • Conduct physical therapy assessments and develop treatment plans.
  • Provide direct patient care to restore strength, mobility, and function.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
  • Document treatment sessions and patient outcomes accurately.
  • Collaborate with rehab teams and participate in discharge planning.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
