Our rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey and are customized to the specific needs of those recovering from a stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.

• Evaluate and conduct medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs.
• Provide educational information to patients regarding injury prevention, ergonomics, restorative therapy, and rehabilitation therapy.
• Supervise physical therapy assistants and aides in performing treatment.

• Education:
  
  Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Experience:
  
  Previous experience in a rehabilitation setting preferred.
• License:
  Current PT license.
• Certifications:
  
  CPR certification required.

• Conduct physical therapy assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide direct patient care to restore strength, mobility, and function.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
• Document treatment sessions and patient outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with rehab teams and participate in discharge planning.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
