Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) positions are available on a full‑time basis at a skilled nursing facility. The role supports patient recovery through individualized care plans and interdisciplinary collaboration.

• Evaluate, treat, and educate patients according to physician orders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress in a timely and accurate manner.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Provide compassionate, patient‑centered care in a SNF setting.

• Physical Therapist (PT): Current PT license in Pennsylvania; SNF experience preferred.
• Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA): Current PTA license in Pennsylvania; SNF experience preferred.
