Crossroads Hospice & Palliative Care in Plymouth Meeting, PA is seeking a compassionate CNA to join our team for evening shifts (Wed–Fri, 8:00 PM–8:30 AM). You will work closely with the interdisciplinary team to provide dignified end-of-life care and support families during difficult moments.
Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, state CNA certification, and 3–6 months of hospice/ home health aide experience. Transportation and comfort with clinical software are needed.
