One Well Health Care is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Pennsylvania to provide hands-on, person-centered care to individuals with IDD in home and community settings. You will implement individualized service plans and support daily living activities, health and safety monitoring, and community inclusion.
The DSP will work under the guidance of the Program Specialist, following care plans, documenting observations, and participating in trainings.
