Physical Therapy - PTA SNF
Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license required. Minimum 1 year of PTA experience preferred. Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or long-term care rehabilitation experience preferred. Experience with therapeutic exercises, ambulation, transfer training, manual techniques, and assistive devices. Ability to provide skilled rehabilitation treatments under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. Strong patient progress documentation and treatment-minute recording skills. Experience working with geriatric and post-acute rehabilitation patients preferred.
Strong communication, patient education, and interdisciplinary teamwork skills. Ability to work 8-hour day shifts (8:00 AM–4:30 PM).
