Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) Primary Care / Family Medicine UPMC - Northern Potter & Westfield Health Centers
UPMC Cole Medical Group is seeking a Full-Time Advanced Practice Provider (PA or CRNP) to join our rural Primary Care team serving the Northern Potter and Westfield communities. This is a great opportunity to practice meaningful, relationship-based medicine in a 100% outpatient setting with a strong focus on continuity of care and community impact.
Schedule & Work-Life Balance- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Rotating on-call schedule
- No major holidays
- No inpatient, hospital, or OR responsibilities
- Competitive salary based on experience
- Sign-on bonus available
- Production incentive based on wRVU
- Potential to earn 5% of base salary in quality & citizenship incentive
- CME: 5 days & $3,000 annually
- Generous time off - 46 working weeks/year; all other time is for PTO & UPMC observed holidays
