Rehabilitation Technician Full-Time Opportunity Asbury Bethany Village | Mechanicsburg, PA

Benchmark Therapies is looking for a full-time Rehabilitation Technician to join our therapy team at Asbury Bethany Village, a welcoming senior living community in Mechanicsburg. This would be a great fit for someone who enjoys staying busy, helping others, and being part of a team. As a Rehab Tech, you’ll work alongside our physical, occupational, and speech therapy team to help keep the department organized and create a positive experience for the residents we serve.

• Help keep the therapy department organized and running smoothly
• Prepare treatment areas and equipment for therapy sessions
• Assist with preparing residents for treatment under the direction of the therapy team
• Clean and maintain therapy equipment and treatment spaces
• Help with patient files, paperwork, scheduling, phone calls, emails, and other administrative tasks
• Monitor supplies and assist with supply requests
• Maintain resident privacy and confidentiality
• Provide a friendly and helpful presence for residents, families, and team members
• Pitch in where needed to support the day-to-day needs of the therapy department

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Someone who is dependable, organized, and comfortable managing several tasks throughout the day
• A friendly and patient approach when working with older adults
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic computer, phone, and administrative skills
• Willingness to learn and participate in training
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and perform regular physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, and kneeling
