LCB Senior Living is hiring part-time RCA/CNA's at The Residence at Chadds Ford.

PART-TIME: 11pm-7am

WEEKENDS NEEDED !!!

Wage band: $19.50 - $22.50 per hour based on years of experience!

SUMMARY:

Reflections RCA shall provide the special services and care as designed by the Habilitative curriculum required by individuals with Alzheimer's disease and related dementias, including personal care, therapeutic programming, safety and emotional support in a manner that supports the dignity, independence, choice and individuality of each resident. The duties of Resident Care Associate include delivery of services as written on the approved service plan for each Resident.

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
  • a. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
    Ability to use computer for documenting services provided. Shall be fluent in the ability to communicate in the English language, both oral and written.
  • b.

    Education:

    Completed the course for certified nursing assistant or have equivalent training or experience as required by State Regulation. CPR and First Aide training as mandated by the State employed.
  • c.

    Experience:

    Prior experience providing direct care or the equivalent in training preferred. Experience in caring for seniors with Alzheimer's disease or other forms of Dementia is preferred.
  • d. Certificates/Licenses:
    Current license/certification as required by State Regulation. Additionally, must maintain required certification and to provide copies of the documentation to the Resident Care Director or designee.
  • e. Computer

    Skills:

    Demonstrates computer literacy and familiarity with office software, including but not limited to word processing or demonstrate the ability to learn data input.

  • As an associate you are expected to have an active role in growing community occupancy by representing and interacting positively with potential residents, family members and professionals.
  • Prior to being assigned regular duties, each Resident Care Associate shall successfully complete the community's and any state required orientation training program.
  • Assisting residents with medications according to State Regulations and LCB Policies and Procedures. Making the required record entries at appropriate times, and making the appropriate notifications to the nurse concerning medications.
