Certified Dietary Manager or Dietetic Technician registration with Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, if required by state or regulatory agency. Active membership in the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, if mandated by state or regulatory agency. Graduate of an associate degree program in food service preferred. Must have thorough knowledge of nutrition and dietetics, administration, and operation of hospital food services, and knowledge of all H.A.C.C.P. guidelines.

Three years of supervisory experience in food service, preferably within healthcare. Strong communication, analytical, decision-making, and independent work skills.
