What You’ll Do:- Assist residents with daily living activities such as dressing, grooming, and hygiene
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and coworkers
- Support resident independence and dignity at all times
- Experience in caregiving or assisted living preferred - but we’re willing to train the right person
- Compassion, patience, and a positive attitude
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow care plans
- Must be reliable and have good attendance
- Full-time schedule with consistent hours
- Supportive management and friendly coworkers
