Fairlane Gardens Nursing and Rehab is seeking a dedicated PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality therapy services in our skilled nursing environment. This is a meaningful opportunity to help residents regain communication, cognition, and swallowing function while working alongside a compassionate interdisciplinary care team.

• Deliver speech-language pathology services in accordance with clinical standards and facility care protocols
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and collect data to support individualized treatment planning
• Develop and implement treatment plans with measurable short- and long-term goals
• Educate residents, families, and staff on therapy techniques and strategies to support carryover and daily function
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and rehabilitation team members to ensure quality resident outcomes

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of Pennsylvania
