What You’ll Do- Lead Shifts
- Act as a floor leader during service, setting the tone for hospitality, pace, and cleanliness.
- Support opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and daily shift reports.
- Be a visible, hands‑on presence on the floor – coaching, jumping in where needed, and solving problems in real time.

- Train, coach, and support FOH staff on service standards, steps of service, and product knowledge.
- Give clear direction and feedback while keeping morale positive.
- Help onboard new team members and set them up for success.

- Ensure side work, cleanliness, and organization standards are met every shift.
- Communicate clearly with the management team and ownership about wins, challenges, and needs.
- 1–3+ years of restaurant or bar supervisory / key holder / assistant manager experience (or strong lead server/bartender ready for the next step).
- A hands‑on leader who’s not afraid to bus a table, run drinks, or host when needed.
- Strong communication skills and a calm, solutions‑oriented approach under pressure.
- Genuine love for hospitality, teamwork, and creating a positive environment.
- Comfort working nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Familiarity with POS systems, basic reporting, and checklists (experience with Toast and/or 7shifts is a plus but not required).
