Night Auditor

Job Title:

Night Auditor – Front Desk

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Front Desk team as a Night Auditor. The ideal candidate engages guests, facilitates check‑in, and manages evening operations from 11pm to 7am.

• Check guests in, ensuring proper credit is received, special requests are noted and fulfilled, and accurate information is established.
• Resolve problems and provide recovery to “WOW” guests.
• Promote and sell special hotel programs.
• Assist other departments with necessary information and interdepartmental coordination.
• Maintain house bank and generate, print, and distribute daily and weekly reports.
• Follow posting, charges, cashing checks, safe deposits, and refund procedures.
• Communicate all pertinent information to manager on duty.

• High attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work overnight hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in a fast‑paced setting; strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Outgoing and engaging personality.
• Ability to stand for duration of shift.

Hourly rate: $19.00 – $19.00.
