About the Role

Front Desk Agent at Cambria Hotel Philadelphia Downtown Center City, part of the Pyramid Global Hospitality portfolio.

• Check guests in, ensuring proper credit is received, special requests are noted and fulfilled, and accurate information is established.
• Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests from all over the world and creating a memorable first impression.
• Resolve problems and “WOW” guests through recovery when issues arise.
• Promote and sell special hotel programs.
• Assist other departments with needed information and maintain effective communication with management on duty.
• Follow procedures for posting, charging, cashing checks, safe deposits, and refunds.
• Maintain house bank and be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and policies.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong desire to make an impact on people.
• Outgoing and engaging personality.
• Computer skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting and stand for the duration of the shift.
• Must be available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

$18.00 – $18.00 per hour.
