Qdoba is seeking a Catering Specialist who owns all catering activities within the restaurant, coordinating orders, set up, delivery, and client contact. You will partner with the RM and RCSM to grow catering sales from the restaurant level and lead delivery drivers.
You will manage recruiting, training, scheduling, and onboarding of drivers, maintain the catering program, ensure accurate order prep, and uphold hospitality standards while delivering exceptional customer service.
