Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Recruiter to join our team. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and supporting candidates throughout the hiring process, while partnering closely with hiring managers to meet staffing needs. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, communicative, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.

Work Schedule Monday‑Friday 8:30AM‑5:00PM

This position is a hybrid-based position requiring a minimum of 3 days on‑site

Recruiter

Job Duties
  • The recruiter will partner with our managers to implement all stages in the recruitment life cycle successfully.
  • The Recruiter develops and maintains a comprehensive knowledge of recruitment, and other related organizational policies, practices, procedures, and/or regulations.
  • The Recruiter takes proactive steps to understand key issues and challenges during the recruiting process and offers insight and solutions to these challenges.
  • The Recruiter must exhibit creativity and passion for the recruiting field to support our goal of building a talented workforce and influencing the culture within the Human Services field.
  • The Recruiter will attract candidates who fit the job description and have the potential to become valuable additions to the company.
  • Sourcing, interviewing & selecting qualified candidates
  • Manage and monitor the Applicant tracking system
  • Assures timely forwarding of applications to hiring managers/supervisors and setting up interviews with the supervisors.
  • Ensuring all recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable state and federal laws
  • Researching, identifying and recommending appropriate traditional and non‑traditional recruiting sources to fill job vacancies and build a qualified pool of candidates
  • Ensure message and direction of recruitment plan reaches intended target audience
  • Participate in job fairs, professional conferences, community events and conducting presentations to build awareness and promote career opportunities
  • Utilizes talent acquisition technology to build a pipeline of candidates based on the future needs of the organization
  • Providing daily/weekly reports and updates on recruitment activities.
  • Handles and prioritizes multiple ranges of advanced administrative duties with wide latitude for independent judgment and initiative.
  • Prepares offer letters based on FLSA status and division requirements.
  • Facilitates the candidate onboarding experience including proper completion of new hire paper work
  • Conducts/process reference and background checks
  • Utilize third‑party website to perform various clearances/verifications
  • Represents and promotes organization to potential applicants by providing information, responding to questions, and collecting applicant data
  • Verifying credentials, certifications, state licensures, applicable clearances, and other professional credentials relevant to position
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource management, business administration, communication or a related field
    -OR-
  • High School diploma or GED with 3 years of dedicated experience in recruiting and full‑cycle recruitment in a high volume environment required. Candidates with knowledge and experience in the health care/behavioral health care industry are preferred.
  • Experience working with an applicant tracking system
  • Must demonstrate sound knowledge of effective recruiting and networking techniques.
  • Applied knowledge of applicable state and federal employment regulations.
  • Positive and collegial communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with management and candidates at all levels.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Persistent follow through on assignments.
