IFG Pittsburgh is actively recruiting for a Payroll Specialist responsible for preparing and processing multi-state, international, and dometic salaried and hourly payrolls. The Payroll Specialist will also assist with off-cycle payroll runs, W-2 processing, garnishment maintenance, and work closely with the HR department.
Responsibilities of the Payroll Specialist- Perform gross-to-net payroll processing and adjustment activities.
- Process benefit and retirement adjustments that require payroll input.
- Assist with payroll management inquiry que and ticketing system que.
- Follow-up on inquiries, perform research and analysis, and ensure accurate resolution.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- 3 to 5 years of Payroll experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) or FPC (Fundamental Payroll Certification) preferred.
