RequirementsHigh School Diploma/GED with 15+ years, or Bachelor's with 11+ years, or Master's with 9+ years in workforce development, education, HR, or related fields; experience in community engagement, talent strategy, or manufacturing workforce initiatives.
High-ValueExperience in regulated industries such as biopharma, life sciences, or advanced manufacturing; expertise in skills‑based hiring, apprenticeships, D&I programs, workforce analytics, and public policy navigation.
CollaborationCross‑functional engagement with HR, Manufacturing, R&D, Communications; external stakeholder management.
Work SetupHybrid in Southeast PA, with approximately 25% travel; leadership in community and ecosystem integration.
