A local organization is seeking a detail-oriented Benefits Administrator to support the administration of employee benefits, retirement programs, and related payroll functions. This role serves as a key resource for employees and retirees, ensuring accurate processing of benefit and retirement transactions while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee and retiree questions related to benefits, retirement programs, deductions, payments, and eligibility.
• Process benefit-related transactions, including enrollments, changes, beneficiary updates, and retirements.
• Maintain and update employee and retiree records, including direct deposit information, tax withholding elections, contact information, and benefit deductions.
• Coordinate retirement and pension-related payroll activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Assist with retirement benefit calculations, estimates, and payment administration.
• Review and reconcile benefit deductions, retirement payments, and payroll-related reports.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, forms, and supporting documentation related to benefits and retirement programs.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee, retiree, payroll, and financial information.
