Our client, a highly respected and steadily growing manufacturing organization, is seeking a versatile and business-minded Business Systems Lead to support and evolve its enterprise systems environment, with a primary focus on Epicor ERP (E10 / Kinetic).

This is a highly visible, cross-functional role where technology meets operations. The ideal candidate will serve as a key bridge between IT, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and customer operations, helping optimize workflows, improve reporting visibility, and drive smarter business decisions through ERP and data insights.

The role is primarily onsite with potential flexibility for hybrid scheduling for the right candidate.

• Serve as a functional lead for Epicor ERP (E10 / Kinetic) supporting day-to-day business operations
• Troubleshoot ERP issues, support upgrades, enhancements, testing, and deployments
• Ensure system stability, data integrity, and operational performance
• Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors as needed

• Support end-to-end Quote-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay workflows
• Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Production, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance teams
• Identify operational gaps and recommend process and system improvements
• Assist in documenting and standardizing business processes across departments

• Design and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPI metrics within Epicor and related tools
• Utilize Excel, SQL, and Power BI to analyze operational and financial data
• Perform data mining and trend analysis to support leadership decision-making
• Deliver actionable insights that improve efficiency and business performance

• Provide hands-on support and training to ERP users across the organization
• Develop user documentation and standard operating procedures
• Support Tier 1 help desk activities and collaborate with the broader IT team to ensure timely issue resolution

• 3–5+ years of experience in ERP or business systems support roles
• Hands-on experience with Epicor ERP 10 or Kinetic ERP
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business operations including:
• Quote-to-Cash
• Procure-to-Pay
• Manufacturing
• Supply Chain
• Customer Service
• Finance operations
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and complex formulas
• Experience with SQL and/or Power BI strongly preferred
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and operational teams
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
