Solution Designer - Billing

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Solution Designer with strong expertise in Telecom BSS/OSS environments to lead end-to-end solution design and customer engagement activities. The role involves collaborating with Solution Architects, Product Owners, and Development teams to gather requirements, perform FIT/GAP analysis, and design scalable business and technical solutions.

• Conduct requirements gathering workshops and business analysis sessions with customers.
• Perform FIT/GAP analysis and document business requirements/user stories.
• Design and document functional and technical solutions, integrations, process flows, and customizations.
• Work closely with stakeholders to obtain requirement and design sign-offs.
• Support customer demos, testing, solution validation, and end-to-end implementation activities.
• Collaborate with development teams during build, integration, and deployment phases.
• Manage multiple project tasks in fast-paced implementation environments.

• Strong experience in Solution Design, Business Analysis, and Systems Integration.
• Knowledge of Telecom Billing Systems such as CSG, Amdocs, etc.
• Exposure to Telecom BSS/OSS ecosystems.
• Experience in data migration, interfaces, reporting, and solution testing.
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead customer discussions and recommend best-fit solutions.
• Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams.

• Experience in UI design, use case documentation, and enterprise integrations.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and customer engagements.
