* Job Summary:
** We are seeking a Power BI Developer with strong expertise in DAX, Power Query, and semantic data modeling to design and deliver scalable business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will develop high-performance dashboards and reports, integrate with enterprise data platforms, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into impactful analytics solutions.

* Key Responsibilities:
** + Design and develop scalable semantic data models using Power BI datasets and Azure/SQL-based data sources. + Develop complex DAX calculations, measures, and KPIs. + Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and data access strategies. + Integrate Power BI with enterprise platforms such as Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar. + Optimize performance of large datasets and enterprise reports. + Translate business requirements into technical BI solutions.
+ Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and data engineers. + Provide effort estimations, solution architecture documentation, and technical proposals. + Present dashboards and analytics insights to stakeholders.

* Required Qualifications:
** + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. + 8+ years of experience in BI/Data Analytics. + 5+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI development. + Strong expertise in DAX, including advanced calculations, time intelligence, and optimization. + Strong experience with Power Query (M language). + Strong data modeling skills, including star and snowflake schema design.
+ Advanced SQL skills including querying and performance tuning. +
Experience with Azure Data Platform services such as Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Azure SQL, and ADLS. + Strong understanding of BI architecture, governance, and security models. + Experience leading or mentoring technical teams.

* Preferred Qualifications:
** + Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. + Experience in domains such as Healthcare, Banking, Manufacturing, or Retail. + Microsoft Power BI or Azure certifications.
