The IT Support/Coordinator role is responsible for maintaining accurate records of hardware and software assets, ensuring support and maintenance agreements are in place, and assisting in or leading IT-related projects. The position requires strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a complete inventory of all IT hardware, software, and peripherals
- Ensure all IT equipment has valid support and maintenance agreements
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and leading IT projects
- Provide support for IT-related activities and ensure smooth operations
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders
- Maintain documentation related to IT assets and processes
- 1–3 years of relevant IT support or coordination experience
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
