** Job Description

This role is designed to accelerate our Human Health transformation as we work to create an AI-enabled, agile, and integrated commercial model. The Associate Director will play a key role in shaping a future where strategy and execution operate as a unified system, transformation is delivered at scale with speed, and new capabilities such as AI, and automation redefine how work is done.#

Key Responsibilities
* Lead development of future-state operating models, including AI-enabled workflows, and ecosystem orchestration
* Contribute to the evolution of roles, ways of working, and workforce capabilities to align with future-state transformation priorities
* Act as capability lead to advance key operating model transformation
* Translate strategic priorities into executable transformation roadmaps, pilots, and scaled deployment plans aligned to business outcomes
* Partner with key stakeholders to prioritize, design, and execute high-impact capability initiatives
* Drive pilot execution including hypothesis development, test-and-learn iteration, and codification into scalable playbooks
* Partner to enable transformation deployment at the brand and BU level, ensuring adoption, change integration, and measurable impact realization
* Define and track KPIs, adoption metrics, and value realization to continuously optimize transformation initiatives
* Lead cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Review, DHH, global strategy teams, and external partners to deliver integrated solutions

* Bachelor’s Degree, required
* Master’s Degree, preferred

Required

Experience and Skills:

* 7+ years of professional work experience
* Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
* Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment to advance a common goal
* Experience with agile ways of working and test-and-learn approaches
* Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
* Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights

Preferred

Experience and Skills:

* 3+ years of commercial experience, ideally in marketing/promotions, commercial operations or sales
* Consulting or client services experience
* Experience with digital, AI, or data-driven transformation preferred
