Oracle FDI - Data Reporting Analyst

Description We are looking for a skilled Oracle FDI - Data Reporting Analyst to join a Long-term Contract opportunity in Reading, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will create and improve reporting solutions that help teams understand workforce performance, operational activity, and broader business trends. You will work closely with both business partners and technical teams to turn data needs into practical dashboards, reports, and insights that support informed decision-making.

Responsibilities:

- Design, build, and refine dashboards, recurring reports, and visual analytics that support enterprise reporting objectives.

- Use Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence to gather, interpret, and present workforce and business data in a meaningful way.

- Collaborate with Workforce Technology leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to define reporting needs and deliver useful data solutions.

- Perform data preparation activities such as validation, transformation, and modeling to improve the reliability of reporting outputs.

- Connect and organize data from multiple sources to support scalable analytics across reporting environments.

- Analyze patterns and reporting results to highlight trends, strengthen data quality, and support business decisions.

- Maintain and enhance existing reporting assets to ensure they remain accurate, relevant, and aligned with organizational priorities. Requirements - Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence or a comparable Oracle-based analytics and reporting tool.

- Strong background in business intelligence, data reporting, and dashboard creation.

- Knowledge of data engineering practices, including data validation, transformation, and data modeling.

- Ability to convert business questions and reporting requests into clear analytical deliverables.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience with data visualization and reporting dashboard development.

- Familiarity with workforce data, Oracle HCM, or related enterprise data environments is preferred. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
