Perform microprocessor-based system start-ups at domestic and international customer locations;
Provide technical support to customers, sales representatives, and Service Technicians as required to maintain high levels of customer support and satisfaction;
Provide emergency (24-hour) technical support to customers and Service Technicians, traveling to the customer site as necessary;
Assist in performing microprocessor-based system upgrades and develop knowledge of current microprocessor system feature software releases;
Become proficient in the use of the SST, Console, SP2 & E3 Configurators
