Perform microprocessor-based system start-ups at domestic and international customer locations;
Assist senior technical personnel in proving system configurations on in-house systems;
Provide technical support to customers, sales representatives, and Service Technicians to maintain high levels of customer support;
Provide emergency 24-hour technical support to customers and Service Technicians, traveling to customer sites as needed;
Assist in performing microprocessor-based system upgrades and develop knowledge of current microprocessor system software releases
