BTE SAP Data Administrator

Primary Duties

• Work closely with Business Architecture Lead and Process Teams on designing the SAP S4
  
  HANA data object business validation plan
• Develop the instructions for the business validation by object to be performed within the SAP S4
  
  HANA system
• Train the business on performing the validations
• Manage the project plan to insure that the business validations occur within the prescribed timelines required for each data load
• Insure that the business is documenting the validations as prescribed by the project
• Report out on the business validation status
• Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements

• Project management skills including resource management, project planning/tracking, issue/risk management and good verbal/written communication skills
• SAP experience - PP, QM, MM (Preferred)
• Experience in a manufacturing industry (Metals Industry a plus)
• Previous experience in training users in a new process
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Access and MS Project (Preferred)
