Key Responsibilities
- Define and operate centrally governed Commercial AI build standards (decision rights, intake criteria, approvals, documentation, control points, escalation, handoffs) aligned with CIO platform standards.
- Ensure Commercial agents/workflows meet Legal & Compliance, privacy, responsible AI, security, data use/protection, and model/prompt evaluation standards before deployment.
- Partner cross-functionally (CIO, Data, Legal, Privacy, Compliance, Security) to align patterns, permissioning, data/API usage, telemetry capture, and production deployment.
- Lead AI portfolio governance: intake, governance, shared registry, and sequencing to enable reuse and resolve cross-team trade-offs.
- Chair/lead Commercial AI Council; continuously evolve governance with Legal/Privacy/Compliance; assess new AI platform capabilities for risk/readiness/adoption.
- Partner on an AI-powered Intake & Reporting Platform to automate submission/evaluation/prioritization and provide portfolio visibility; define prioritization and value tracking.
- Drive portfolio-level value realization via metrics, measurement expectations, telemetry/quality outcomes, risk indicators, and course corrections.
- Embed AI-first operating principles; build/mentor a cross-functional team and integrate Digital portfolio/governance work.
- BA/BS; 12+ years leading cross-functional commercial/digital/technology/governance/AI initiatives at scale.
- Enterprise governance/portfolio/CoE leadership in complex matrixed orgs.
- Executive stakeholder influence and trade-off management across business, tech, data, legal/privacy/compliance/security.
- Define operating models/standards/controls enabling distributed teams in centrally governed frameworks.
- Lead/develop indirect/matrixed teams.
- Working knowledge of AI/ML, agentic AI patterns, APIs/permissions, data products, prompt design, evaluation, telemetry, and deployment.
- Experience standing up enterprise AI/agent governance or CoEs.
- Build/operate intake/registry/governance platforms (AI-powered preferred).
- Hands-on cloud AI/platform, agent frameworks, prompt/evaluation tooling, telemetry, and deployment.
- Citizen-developer governance/federated build standards and guardrails in regulated environments.
- Base salary range: $214,900–$358,100; bonus target 22.5%; global performance plan and long-term incentive eligibility.
