Global Clinical Supply - Process Steward - Packaging - Hybrid

Senior Specialist, GCS Process Steward (Packaging Execution) — process steward for packaging and operation planning business processes and SAP capabilities.

• Lead development and implementation of GCS processes aligned to short- and long-term objectives.
• Serve as SAP and global process knowledge expert for packaging/operation planning (BOMs, Recipes, ECM).
• Resolve business challenges using system solutions across GCS.
• Support enhancement business case development (Enhancement Prioritization Management Form) and maintain Demand Tracker for enhancement requests/prioritization.
• Drive process standardization, implementation, and training for new processes.
• Review SOPs and assess process changes for system impact to ensure integrity of a single global business process.
• Contribute to the GCS Global Process Steward Network with Manufacturing Division and COMET Functional Leads.
• Support tier management and escalations for transactional issue resolution.
• Contribute to Deviations, Investigations, and CAPAs in packaging and operations planning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify process-driven opportunities to improve performance.
• Build trust-based relationships to drive change and execute priorities.

• Bachelor’s in Science/Engineering (or similar) with 5+ years relevant experience, or Master’s with 3+ years preferred.
• Hands-on SAP experience in supply chain modules required.

• 5+ years in Supply Chain Management or related manufacturing/packaging support with GXP compliance and business process execution.
• 3+ years with SAP Production Execution and master data (BOMs, Recipes, ECM) with knowledge of quality management and warehouse management.
• Manage a portfolio of projects/initiatives; strong written/verbal communication.
• Collaborate cross-functionally/external partners; identify risks and escalations.
• Build collaborative stakeholder relationships; results-oriented.

• System/business process design expertise (analysis, optimization, solution development), preferably pharma/life sciences.
• Experience with large-scale SAP implementations and enhancements/master data migration.
• Experience with SAP PI sheets and clinical packaging processes; hands-on business process experience.
