Tobii Dynavox LLC in Pennsylvania seeks a friendly Technical Support Representative to handle calls, emails and chats, troubleshoot issues, and guide users of assistive communication solutions. You’ll work Monday–Friday 11:00am–7:30pm EST, with emphasis on clear communication and customer care.
Qualifications include a High School diploma, comfort with Microsoft Office, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Fluency in Spanish or French is a plus, and prior call center experience helps.
