Strategic Sourcing And Procurement Manager

This role is focused on the strategic sourcing and procurement of MRO materials and consumables used to support manufacturing and maintenance operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing categories such as:

• Industrial spare parts and components
• Bearings, motors, electrical and mechanical supplies
• Tools, PPE, lubricants, and consumables
• Inventory optimization and critical spares management
• Supplier negotiations, sourcing strategies, and cost reduction initiatives
• Multi-site industrial or manufacturing environments

Requirements:

• 3+ years of MRO procurement experience
• Strong understanding of maintenance supply chains
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Analytical and data-driven approach to purchasing decisions
• Ability to partner with Maintenance, Reliability, and Operations teams
