Drop Ship Operations Specialist

This role is remote and job seekers must reside in one of the following states: PA, NJ, or DE to be considered. The role requires presence at our West Chester, PA location as needed.

• Monitor and manage vendor performance to ensure service levels meet QVC/HSN standards.
• Review reports and performance data to identify trends, set expectations, and determine next steps.
• Work directly with vendors to improve performance, recommend solutions, and confirm actions are completed.
• Investigate delayed or problematic orders, identify root causes, and partner with Customer Service when needed.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Customer Care, Planning, and vendors to keep operations aligned with business goals.
• Communicate vendor, carrier, system, and customer issues to leadership, and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Support vendor and item setup, reporting, and special projects to improve the customer experience and control logistics costs.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience.
• 3–5 years of experience, preferred in eCommerce distribution, transportation, or customer contact operations.
• Vendor management experience in an eCommerce environment is strongly preferred.
