Are you ready to lead an established commercial landscape maintenance division while helping shape the next phase of a company's growth?
Our client is an established, locally owned commercial landscape company that continues to invest heavily in its people, technology, and expansion. They are seeking a Director of Landscape Maintenance to lead one of the company's largest business units while building a high-performance, sales-oriented culture.
This is a highly visible leadership role with full responsibility for the maintenance division's financial performance, operations, client satisfaction, and future growth.
What You'll Be Responsible For- Lead the entire Commercial Landscape Maintenance Division with full P&L responsibility
- Develop and mentor Account Managers, Operations Managers, Business Development, and field leadership
- Create a culture focused on accountability, customer retention, profitability, and growth
- Partner with the sales team to drive new maintenance contracts and enhancement revenue
- Strengthen client relationships while improving operational efficiency
- Monitor division financial performance, labor productivity, job costing, and profitability
- Oversee proposal development, estimating, and contract execution
- Help launch and support expansion into new service areas and branch operations
- Utilize technology and reporting tools to improve decision-making and operational performance
We're seeking a proven commercial landscape leader who understands how to balance operations, customer relationships, and business growth.
Ideal candidates will have experience with:- Managing multiple Account Managers and Operations Managers
- Leading large commercial landscape maintenance operations
- Full P&L ownership and financial accountability
- Developing high-performing teams
- Commercial landscape sales and client retention
- Growing enhancement revenue
- Multi-location or branch leadership experience
- Landscape management software (Asset experience is a plus)
