Position: Concessions Manager | Full-Time | Santander Arena
Oak View Group - 700 Penn Street - Responsibilities:
Manage and mentor a staff of concessions employees (part-time and full-time) and handle disciplinary actions as needed;
Oversee setup of concession locations, verify opening inventory, assign duties, ensure sanitation and full operation prior to doors;
Manage high-volume inventory, place product orders, and supervise POS cash handling and reconciliation during events;
Plan and execute concessions operations before, during, and after events, including staff scheduling, training, and event coverage;
Ensure compliance with sanitation, alcohol service policies, safety standards, and post-event reporting; provide coaching and feedback to staff and volunteers
