Kohl's Store Leadership Trainee program offers a structured training track to prepare you for Merchandising Manager or Operations Manager roles at a Kohl's store. Trainees start with 8 weeks of training if new to Kohl's, or shorter for internal participants, with February, May and July starts based on business needs.
Following the SLT Program, advancement depends on performance, availability and business needs. Career path: SLT → Assistant Store Manager → Store Manager → District Manager.
