• Assist with the development of policies and procedures, and the development and implementation of monitoring tools.
• Provide technical assistance to support various project and implementation teams.
• Provide project management services and coordinate training strategies; manage day-to-day operational aspects of multiple large-scale projects.
• Coordinate readiness review tools to support transition activities and develop vendor monitoring tools.
• Manage and track project progress against the schedule; monitor milestones and phases and take action to keep the project on schedule.
• Plan, organize, prioritize, and manage multiple work efforts across the project team.
• Capture and report required project metrics; analyze and distribute reports on project metrics.
• Prepare periodic status reports for the project team, team leads, group leads, and stakeholders.
• Anticipate issues, address them proactively, identify and track issues; build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and customer representatives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related issues and resolution; communicate effectively with customers supporting the Commonwealth as appropriate.
• Explain to team members how their work assignments relate to project objectives and outcomes; be accountable for the final project management evaluation review.
